Sue brings over 30 years of nursing experience to SeaStar Senior Services, with expertise spanning hospice care, ER, OR, PACU, Dialysis, and Endoscopy. Having worked as a Home Health RN with SeaStar’s Director, Niki Tucker, for a decade, Sue was part of the original team at Pegasus Social Services. After Pegasus was sold, she joined Niki in founding SeaStar, where their shared philosophy of treating clients like family has been a guiding principle.

Sue’s extensive background in hospice care, developed across Maryland, North Carolina, and Oregon, informs her compassionate approach to supporting clients and their families. She values the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of those she serves, helping them navigate care with dignity and respect.

Outside of work, Sue enjoys spending time with her daughter and granddaughter, tending her garden, and doting on her cats. A true animal lover, she cherishes the joy they bring to her life.
