Hello, I am Chantel, Registered Nurse with an Associates Degree from Linn-Benton Community College and Bachelors of Science in Nursing from Linfield College in McMinnville, Oregon. I grew up in Oregon, raised my three kids here, and helping clients navigate the complex healthcare system through care coordination and advocacy has always been a goal of mine.

I started in healthcare before graduating high school. While providing nursing support to hospitalized patients and working as an in-home caregiver, I have seen families simultaneously struggle with illness, finances, social needs, and medical needs, causing stress and worry for those unsure where to turn for help. I am familiar with the nuances of small community health systems and the feeling of being small among very big insurance corporations. My journey has equipped me with the skills and relationships to enhance your healthcare literacy and optimize wellness, easing your path when you have so many important things to focus on. Nursing for 13 years including in-home care, chart review, patient education, navigating hospital discharges, chronic illness, insurance and becoming a Certified Case Manager has placed me right here - I am pleased to be able to help patients navigate their journey.
